My dad passed away over 2 months ago. We have yet to receive my dad's death certificate. After reviewing the first copy received, I noticed some information entered incorrectly. Turned in the copy to the Funeral Home, a couple of weeks later, I received another copy and again the info was incorrect. Decided to visit The Dept of Health and Hospitals after the Owner Josh continued to blame the Dr's for the info being incorrect. Found out the info in H&H computers were incorrect. Decided to call H&H, after being transferred to a supervisor, found out that the Owner Josh did not submit the info for the incorrect certificate to H&H and had been going about the process all wrong. There's a process the funeral home has to go through after a death certificate info is entered wrong and sending the info back to the Dr's office isn't one of them. Think twice before doing business with this funeral home.
